Q: I’m new to natural products and to Lola Jane, what do you recommend?
A: We’re so happy you’re here and that you’re interested in swapping out your commercial products with natural alternatives! You’ll be amazed at what a few simple, natural ingredients combined together can do. We recommend beginning with our Skincare Essentials Travel Kit. This kit includes our 5 facial products and is the best way to experience Lola Jane and fall in love. This Set is TSA approved and ready for travel!
Q: Is it safe to use products past the recommended usage window?
A: Each product label denotes the recommended time a product should be used with an open jar and a number. That number refers to the number of months a product should remain fresh after opened. If the product has been kept free of water, bacteria, extreme temperatures and direct sunlight and no identifiable changes have occured, you should be able to continue use. Each product is packaged in a volume that, under regular use, will be used entirely by or before the recommended usage time. Always use your best judgement and the advice of your healthcare provider with regard to the use of topical products.
Q: What does change in a product’s consistency or texture mean?
A: Items may have softened or hardened in transit, depending on the time of year. This is normal. Keep products at room temperature or pop in the fridge for 20 minutes if necessary, before opening. If your products containing shea butter form granules, this is a normal reaction from the fats in the shea butter hardening and does not change the product’s effectiveness. These fats in the shea butter melt into the skin once applied.
Q: Are your products safe for use during pregnancy?
A: While we take care in formulating our products to be safe for all skin types and all people, there are contraindications with using some essential oils while pregnant or breastfeeding. We ask that you do your own research to decide what is best for you and your family and always consult your healthcare provider with any questions or concerns.
Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our products are formulated for all skin types with an emphasis on sensitive skin. While adverse reactions are uncommon, we do ask that you patch test all products if you’re concerned and discontinue use if reaction occurs.
Q: Do you offer pick-up for local customers?
A: We do not currently offer local pick-ups for San Diego residents. We do offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100.

Q: Do you offer samples products?
A: We do not offer samples, however, our Skincare Essentials Travel Kit is not only designed for travel but as a way to discover Lola Jane products before purchasing the full-size options. We strive to offer you incredible natural products with proprietary formulas we stand behind and are confident you will be happy with your purchase. Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our highest priority is to offer products you will love and feel great using for yourself and your family. Please contact us at lolajanenaturals@gmail.com if you aren't 100% satisfied and we will work to find a resolution.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We do not currently offer direct international shipping, however, if you’re wanting to shop with us outside of the US, we recommend Shipito as a reliable, money-saving solution. By opening an account with Shipito, you’re able to ship items to a personalized US address and then they’re forwarded to your international address at a lower cost than most international shipping fees.
